Preheat the oven to 175°C and ready a piece of baking paper.
All ingredients should be room temp. Mix the Cream cheese, and egg yolks together with the salt and baking powder together. Make sure the mixture is smooth with no lumps it helps if the cream cheese is a bit melted before you use it. Or use a electric mixer
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks then fold the egg yolk mixture in half at a time. This is what makes the breads puffy.
Scoop the mixture into your prepared baking tray in round shapes like the image. Carefully place in the oven and bake immediately. for 15 to 20 min. keep an eye... Remove, cool and enjoy!
* If you want to use as a pizza base just bake one large oopsie until golden, top and bake again! Don't bake for too long, as the crust browns very quickly!
