Place the Cauliflower and Broccoli in your steamer to cook. Only cook half way, they will cook more in the oven and still need to mix with the sauce. If you don't have a steamer you can, Use your Microwave: Place all your veg in a microwave safe bowl or plate add 30ml of water, put the microwave lid over or cover with another bowl or plate. Microwave for 5 min. Careful it's steaming Hot when you remove it! Stove: Place some water in a pot and get it boiling . Then use your Strainer / sift / colander to put your veg in and place it over the veg should not touch the water. Put the lid on to keep the steam in, it doesn't have to fit or close. Make sure to add water in the pot if the water gets too low, steam for about 15 min.
In a frying pan fry your bacon for 2 min then add the cabbage and fry for 5 min, add the mushrooms and fry for 5 more minutes.
In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, some pepper and a little bit of warm water until you have a nice thin creamy mix. About the same consistency as cream.
In large mixing bowl combine, all the veg, bacon mix, cream cheese sauce, spring onion and parmesan cheese
In an oven safe deep dish scoop the combined mix and sprinkle the cheese of your choice over the top. Bake for 20-25min.
