Low- Carb bread in a cup, extremely yummy with some cream cheese , rocket and smoked salmon. For breakfast pop some tomato eggs and bacon next to it…fast and easy to snack on and its bread!!

Instructions
  1. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the egg and water and mix well make sure there are no lumps in your mixture.
  2. Pour the melted butter in the cup you are going to use. You can also use the cup to melt the butter to begin with but make sure not to over heat the butter, 5 seconds in the microwave should be more than enough. Now swirl the butter around the cup make sure to coat the inside of the cup then pour the butter into the Bread mix and combine.
  3. Now put the mix in your cup and microwave for 1½ min if you are planning on doubling the mix I would suggest using a bigger wider mug or the mix will not cook all the way through. Don’t microwave for more than 3 min or the mix will end up hard.
Recipe Notes

*You can add a teaspoon of flax seed mix if you want.
